Most of you know me as Lily. I'm a 20-something Army wife, artist, bookworm, and occasionally witty.
I hope you like gemstones and marine invertebrates such as nudibranches, cuttlefish, and jellyfish. You're going to see a lot of them here.

Ok so some of you may remember me mentioning on here a while back that I’ve been using a baking soda/apple cider vinegar rinse hair care routine for about 10 months now. Today I decided to try using the leftover shampoo and conditioner I have from when I decided to switch. Big mistake.
My scalp is itching SO bad! I feel like I must have looked like I had lice when I went out to the grocery store earlier. I’ve been trying my best not to scratch it but HOLY HELL. I did NOT expect this reaction! This is shampoo that I was using before without any issues at all. Or at least so I thought. What if my head was always this itchy and I just never realized it because it was so normal to me? Either way, NOT washing my hair with conventional shampoo again any time soon.
